课题组关注脑肿瘤及其微环境细胞的机械特性,并探究其中机械信号、电信号和生化信号的相互关联;同时专注于以机械敏感性离子通道为精准诊疗靶点,以期改善脑肿瘤异常的机械特性,达到缓解和治疗病症的目的。主要研究方向为:
1. 解析脑肿瘤干细胞的生物力学特性对其静息态和激活态转换的影响,以及对细胞生化特征的调控,并阐明机械敏感性离子通道在其中的作用。
2. 研究机械敏感性离子通道对脑肿瘤微环境中神经细胞与胶质细胞机械特性的调节以及对其电活动和生化通路的影响,阐明它们在脑肿瘤发生和发展过程中的功能与机制。
3. 探索机械敏感性离子通道对神经免疫系统机械特性的调节,关注相关生物力学过程对神经肿瘤形成和发展的影响和机制。
