Interests of Research
Sleep and cognition
Insomnia is a worldwide problem which can not be well treated until now. It closely relates to various diseases, including the Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). AD patients suffer from insomnia and memory deficit at the same time, which is the negative example of the word “Sleep well to remember well. ”Research on revealing neural mechanism underlying sleep and cognition is beneficial to “Sleep well and Remember well. ”
Stress-induced emotional disorder
The modern society is full of stresses. Study, family, work and interpersonal relationship could induce various emotional disorders, such as anxiety or depression. These emotional disorder can not simply attribute to “Think to much”, but to substantial neural pathology. Our purpose is to find out these neural mechanisms.
